Orders are processed during our business hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 19:00 PM (GMT)
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays

Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Handling Time

The standard handling time for all orders is:

  • 28-42 business days

During this time, your lighting products are carefully:

  • Inspected for quality
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage (especially fragile glass, crystal, or metal components)
  • Prepared for dispatch

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Please note:

Valysso is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.

Damaged in Transit

We take extra care in packaging lighting fixtures; however, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valysso.com
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
